Rede group participates in the 5th consortium meeting of the H2020 project TransformAr in Athens
The University of Vigo continues working on the
H2020 TransformAr project and members of the REDE research group, jointly with members of the GEOMA-UVigo group and the rest of the partners, participate in the 5th consortium meeting held in Egaleo (Athens) from 7 to 9 November 2023.
During this three-day meeting, the progress of the project was analyzed and strategic planning was carried out to achieve the objectives set for the coming months.
This event took place at a mid-point of the project after 2 years of implementation. At this key milestone, the main element of the discussion focused on providing concrete implementation solutions in the 6 Demonstrators of the project, accelerating their deployment and measuring their impacts in terms of transformational adaptation.
During the meeting, the location where the solutions of the Municipality of the Egaleo are developed were also visited. This activity was an opportunity to knonw in depth how this solutions are being implemented to adapt the city to climate change and to share experiences and best practices.
